Westfield National Night Out 2026

A community that watches out for each other is a great community to live in. Law enforcement cannot be all places at all times. We need to help them out. Getting to know them makes this easier. How can you do that? By attending the Westfield National Night Out 2026 event.

What: Westfield National Night Out 2026
Where: Westfield Train Station, North Side
When: Tuesday, August 4th, 6 pm to 9 pm

Westfield National Night Out 2026

National Night Out actually began in 1984 as a way to connect law enforcement agencies with the communities they serve directly. It has grown every year to include communities all across the country. On Tuesday, August 4th, the Westfield Police Department hosts its National Night Out event at the North Side Westfield Train Station. Come meet your local law enforcement officers while enjoying fun games, activities, food, and music at the same time. It’s also 100% free to the public.

Sweet Sounds Downtown Westfield

We’re entering the final month of Sweet Sounds Downtown Westfield. This free family-friendly series brings three new concerts to the downtown area each week. On Tuesdays, visitors can choose between an open-air concert on Quimby Street or a lovely evening at Foundation Park. (Just make sure you bring a lawn chair with you for comfort at the park. No seating will be provided.) On Thursdays, the Quimby Street stage features an entirely new act. The series ends on the last Thursday in August.

Summer Sounds Cranford

Not to be outdone, Cranford also offers a free summer concert. Summer Sounds Cranford also happens every Tuesday and Thursday at Eastman Clock Plaza. Each day features a new musical act. Organizers also suggest that guests bring their own lawn chairs with them to enjoy the concerts in comfort. Their last concert of the season also takes place on August 27th.

Downtown Cranford Restaurant Week 2026

Finally, a little something for all foodies in the area. Downtown Cranford Restaurant Week starts on Sunday and runs through Thursday, August 6th. Dozens of restaurants in the downtown area feature special prix fixe menus especially for the occasion. Just visit your favorite restaurant…or use this as an opportunity to try someplace new…and ask for the Restaurant Week specials. You can’t go wrong.

I am grateful to all who entrusted me with your life-changing real estate moves and to all who referred me to your family and friends!
