If you said LEGOS, then I have some great news for you. Cranford LEGO Night comes
back to our fair city next week. And tickets are still available.

Cranford LEGO Night 2026

Your LEGO Night ticket grants you entry into this fun
contest for children of all ages. The contest is divided up into three groups: seven and
under, eight to 13, and families. Each group includes a piece limit as well (300 for the
youngest, 500 for the older kids, and 1000 for families). You must bring your own blocks
with you. No sets allowed or you will be disqualified. Each display must celebrate the
City of Cranford in some way. Winners will be announced at 7 pm.

Summer Sounds Cranford

Enjoy a free concert under the summer skies every Tuesday and Thursday through
the end of August. Summer Sounds Cranford begins at 6 pm on both
evenings. Seating will not be provided. So, if you wish to enjoy the music in comfort,
please make sure you bring a lawn chair from home.

Scotch Plains Summer Concert Series

Not to be outdone, Scotch Plains also offers a free musical
concert later this month. On Thursday, July 23rd, the musical group Alden Street
performs their versions of classic 60s and 70s hits. Bring your lawn chair to the Alan M
Augustine Village Green before 7 pm so you can find a good spot to set up. In case of
rain, the concert will be postponed until July 30th.

Sweet Sounds Downtown Westfield

Finally, Westfield’s Sweet Sounds Downtown event brings
not one, not two, but three new concerts to the downtown area each week. Every
Tuesday, Quimby Street and Foundation Park play host to two musical acts. Meanwhile,

Quimby Street also hosts a Thursday evening edition as well with a whole new
act. All of this is provided free of charge to the public.
