We are already more than midway through September now. October is already knocking at the door. One of these, the AddamsFest Masquerade Ball 2025,  is the biggest event on the schedule. And tickets are on sale now,

AddamsFest Masquerade Ball 2025

Morticia & Gomez’s Masquerade Ball is perhaps the pinnacle of the entire month-long event. It also sells out very quickly. The ball itself takes place on Friday, October 10th. Guests must dress in their finest attire (think “dress to kill”…or at the very least dress to maim). The evening’s events include an Addams family-inspired feast of the ages, libations that scream “drink me”, and, of course, dancing. All of this transpires amid the majestic backdrop that is the James Ward Mansion.

Ticket Information

Tickets just went on sale Wednesday night (September 17th). There are only a limited number of tickets available. Therefore, it behooves you to purchase yours as soon as possible. Visit the AddamsFest website here to get your tickets now.

Westfield FestiFall Street Fair 2025

This Sunday (September 21st), FestiFall comes to Downtown Westfield. This year’s festival includes live music, face painting, henna tattoos, carnival games, and more. And do not be surprised if you see a dinosaur or two roaming around the streets. Admission to the fair is absolutely free. Food vendors help visitors keep their strength up. And get a jump on your Christmas shopping list this year by visiting vendor row for a present that is as unique as the person you plan on giving it to.

Sweet Sounds Westfield Encore 2025

Finally, Sweet Sounds Westifeld Encore is in its final couple of weeks for the season. The last concert takes place next Friday, September 26th, on Quimby Street. The Kolor Blynd Band closes this year’s event. As always, the concert comes free of charge. However, you might want to bring a lawn chair with you to listen in comfort.

I am grateful to all who entrusted me with your life-changing real estate moves and to all who referred me to your family and friends!
